Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register my child?
To register, go the navigation guide and click on schools. Once you are in your child’s school, click on the word “register” next to the class you are interested in registering your child in.
Can I use the portal as new parent?
No, only returning parents can access the portal. Your login credentials are created upon registration.
Do you have a free class trials?
No, we do not. Due to liability issues, we need a registration form completed per child. We recommend having your child try the class out for a month before withdrawing.
Is registration always open?
Yes, for most of our programs. As long as there is availability, you can register your child in our program. The few exceptions are our competitive cheer teams and performing arts programs after a specific date in the spring.
How can I withdraw my child?
To withdraw your child, please submit an email to Vivian@arts-soul.com stating the school and class you wish to withdraw your child from. Must be done before the 1st of the month to avoid payment being processed.
Can parents drop in and observe the classes?
We schedule parent observations for the non-performing classes. Once in the fall and once in the spring. All of our performing arts programs will participate in our end of year recital in May.
How is tuition charged?
Tuition is billed monthly the 1st of the month, starting in September through April. Classes continue through mid-May to accommodate holidays and breaks. Refer to our tuition page for more information.
Do you give sibling discounts?
No, we do not. We try to keep our prices affordable for parents.
Do you prorate?
Yes, we accommodate those are in sports or other activities.
